Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Delivery Advisor to embed within the partner ecosystem, guiding delivery excellence for Agentforce and Salesforce products. You’ll drive AI strategy, assess architectures, and mitigate delivery risks across enterprise programs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partner teams, executive stakeholders, and field leadership to ensure successful deployments and measurable business outcomes in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, technical advisory, program management, or account management for enterprise SaaS (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience advising on or overseeing AI/LLM-based technologies (Agentforce or similar).
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce platform: Core CRM, Data Cloud, Flow, APIs; assess architecture and risk.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate delivery risk across complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing skills for executive audiences.
• Experience managing executive-level relationships in advisory/consulting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments.
• Experience in Professional Services or managed services within Salesforce ecosystem.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent partner engagements with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and technical advisory across pre-sale, pre-implementation, and active delivery phases (solution approach, use cases, architecture, and plans).
• Conduct point-in-time reviews of partner/customer deliverables to surface risks and provide actionable recommendations.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and provide independent assessments to guide course-correction.
• Lead critical account recovery efforts with Salesforce teams to restore delivery health and protect outcomes.
• Validate partner delivery approaches and ensure milestones and quality standards are met.
• Identify staffing gaps within partner teams and connect with the right resources.
