Job summary

Responsibilities

Help customers navigate AI‑driven transformation and align business objectives with advanced data and AI capabilities.
Partner with customers to identify opportunities to modernize customer engagement and operational models using Salesforce's AI‑first platform.
Drive adoption and growth of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform within assigned accounts.
Operate as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex, multi‑cloud solutions and demonstrating measurable business value through AI‑powered outcomes.
Engage both business and technical stakeholders—including executive, data, and IT leaders—to accelerate platform adoption.
Measure success through AI and Data Cloud consumption, expanding platform adoption, and influencing stakeholders across customer organizations.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—Core AEs, Solution Engineers, Product Specialists, and Partners—to deliver cohesive, customer‑centric solutions.
