Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 environment.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop and maintain unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
• Prepare parent-teacher conference notes, student progress narratives, classroom management plans, and school-improvement materials.
