Job summary

Ethos is working with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced educators to train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

We are seeking K-12 teaching and school leadership professionals with 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or administration to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows. This is a fully remote, flexible 5-20 hour-per-week engagement, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation with instructional design.
• Expert document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides to support AI training.
• Collaborate with educators to ensure standards-aligned instructional design and clear parent communications.
