Job summary

Ethos is seeking directors of curriculum and instruction to help train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote, freelance role requires 4+ years in K-12 settings and ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications.

You'll craft and refine AI-generated materials—unit and lesson plans, progress notes, and PD content—with meticulous attention to standards-aligned design and clear writing. Flexible 5-20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides, and parent conference notes.
• Support school improvement materials and professional development content with clear, consistent documentation.
