Ethos is seeking experienced instructional coaches to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across unit plans, curriculum maps, parent communications, and progress notes.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and starts ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour for 5-20 hours per week, with potential for more if desired.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
