Ethos is seeking experienced educators to help train a foundational AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role targets teachers with 4+ years in K-12 settings to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated materials across core workflows: unit plans, curriculum maps, notes, narratives, classroom plans, and PD materials.

Fully remote with a flexible schedule (5-20 hours per week), starting ASAP. Compensation is $80 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ownership of curriculum planning and parent communications.
