Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation, with fluency in standards-aligned instructional design.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows (lesson plans, curriculum maps, parent communications, student progress notes, etc.).
• Support training of language model with professional documents and materials.
