Ethos is seeking experienced curriculum coordinators to help train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Fluency in standards-aligned instructional design and curriculum planning ownership.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail in documents, spreadsheets, and slides.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps and pacing guides.
• Prepare parent-teacher conference notes, student progress narratives, classroom management plans, and school improvement materials.
