Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced curriculum coordinators to train an AI language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated curricula across core workflows in a K-12 setting.

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, start ASAP, compensation $80/hour. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration and strong standards-aligned instructional design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years teaching, instructional coaching, or school administration in a K-12 setting.
• Direct ownership of curriculum planning, parent communications, or school improvement documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop unit and lesson plans, curriculum maps, and pacing guides.
• Draft parent communications and school improvement materials.
