Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect to partner with account teams, translate customer goals into actionable AI-powered contracting solutions, and guide adoption from value proof to long-term platform ownership.

You will design workflows, own high-value use cases, and lead executive demos, shaping strategic roadmaps and ensuring successful activation for enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in professional services or consulting with software companies.
• Ability to translate customer goals into technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales to activation.
• Design and build contracting workflows, templates, and integrations in Ironclad.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end with phased scope and value.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformations.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions.
