Job summary

Ironclad, a leading AI contracting platform, is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect to advise on AI-supported contracting processes and drive customer value from pre-sales through adoption. You will design workflows, validate requirements, and partner with Legal, Sales, IT, and executives to ensure successful platform activation.

You will guide customers on AI capabilities, manage expectations, and translate technical designs into practical, scalable adoption steps, helping organizations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services or consulting experience with software companies.
• Ability to navigate enterprise customers' complex organizational structures and stakeholders.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales to activation.
• Design and build contracting workflows, templates, and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases from concept to outcome.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformations and risk controls.
• Act as trusted advisor and align cross-functional stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executives.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions to demonstrate value.
• Serve as voice of the customer to Ironclad Product and teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers through the adoption journey.
