Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect to help customers leverage its AI contracting platform. You will partner with account teams to drive customer adoption, design configured workflows and templates, and own high‑value use cases end‑to‑end.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions.
• You connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long‑term platform ownership.
• Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful relationships with customers, hold customers accountable, and manage customer expectations and escalations effectively.
• Ability to navigate enterprise customers’ complex organizational structures. Understand dynamics of Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholder groups.
• Strong consultative discovery skills to uncover goals and translate requirements into a roadmap.
• You can validate fit, surface constraints, define success measures, and make prescriptive recommendations in ambiguity.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency; explain AI concepts to stakeholders and advise on responsible AI usage.
• Transformation mindset; drive customer adoption milestones and business outcomes.
• Ownership mentality for customer success; maintain momentum and translate design into adoption steps.
• Strong written and verbal communication to deliver executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption from pre-sales to activation, translating inputs into a practical path to value.
• Design and build customers' contracting processes in Ironclad with configured workflows, templates, and integrations for long‑term ownership.
• Own high‑value customer use cases end‑to‑end, selecting the right technical approach and phased scope for adoption.
• Provide expert guidance on AI‑driven contracting transformation and translate AI capabilities into practical contracting workflows.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to customers, aligning across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT and stakeholders; identify adoption risks and opportunities to scale.
• Lead executive‑level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, clearly communicating value and tradeoffs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer inside Ironclad, feeding insights to the Product team.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams to guide customers through the full journey and support success.
