Job summary

Ironclad, Inc. is seeking an Adoption Strategist to accelerate customer adoption and maximize value across enterprise accounts. You will lead cross-functional efforts, define adoption roadmaps, and translate AI-enabled capabilities into executive-ready plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Enterprise SaaS adoption.
• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using adoption metrics and analytics to measure customer outcomes.
• Experience with large enterprise customers and executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to define objectives, adoption strategies, and success metrics.
• Develop roadmaps to accelerate user engagement and business value for enterprise customers.
• Translate Ironclad AI capabilities into language and delivery plans for executives.
• Coordinate with Contract AI Services to support long-term adoption.
• Own end-to-end project execution: timelines, deliverables, risks, stakeholder alignment.
• Manage escalations and reset expectations to protect project scope.
• Improve delivery methodology and adoption playbooks for scale.
• Monitor adoption metrics and customer health; propose data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate across Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
