Job summary

Ironclad is seeking a seasoned professional services consultant in San Francisco to drive customer adoption, architect contracting workflows, and guide clients through AI-enabled transformations. You will partner with sales and adoption strategists to map value, design scalable solutions, and own high-impact use cases end-to-end.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning stakeholders across Legal, IT, Procurement, and executive sponsors, and lead demonstrations and enablement to ensure

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes and long-term platform ownership.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency; explain AI concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption through roadmapping and phased implementation.
• Design and build contracting processes in Ironclad with configured workflows, templates, and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end based on goals and success measures.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformations; translate capabilities into practical workflows.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions to show value and enable customer ownership.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to the Product team and cross-functional collaborators.
