Ironclad is seeking a Technical Adoption Architect (TAA) in San Francisco to lead high-value customer engagements from pre-sales through adoption. You will design and implement contracting workflows, advise on AI-enabled processes, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive value.

The role requires 4+ years in professional services or consulting for software companies, plus a track record of aligning technical decisions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in professional services and/or consulting with software companies.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value and outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage executive relationships and expectations.
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and defining phased roadmaps.
• Experience with CLM or contracting workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from requirements through activation.
• Validate product fit, risks, and success measures, translating inputs into value paths.
• Design and build contracting workflows and integrations to enable platform ownership.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end with phased scope.
• Provide guidance on AI-driven contracting transformations and risk controls.
• Lead executive demos, workshops, and enablement sessions for adoption milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers along the full journey.
