Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies.
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions.
• You connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership.
• Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful relationships with customers and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales to activation.
• Design and build customers' contracting processes in Ironclad with configured workflows and integrations.
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end with phased scope based on goals and requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation and explain AI capabilities and limits.
• Act as a trusted thought partner, building relationships and aligning stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executives.
• Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions to demonstrate value and enable ongoing adoption.
• Serve as the voice of the customer inside Ironclad and feed insights to the Product team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to guide customers through the full journey.
