Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an AI & Modeling Relations Manager to bridge business needs with the AI Center of Excellence, translating enterprise AI into adopted, governed, and cost-effective solutions.

You will own intake, governance alignment, and financial stewardship of AI initiatives, collaborating with COE architects, data scientists, and ML engineers to deliver value responsibly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in technology program/product management or vendor management.
• 5+ years of experience in technology program/product management, vendor management, or related cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Experience managing relationships with technical teams, COEs, or shared services organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between the business unit and the AI Center of Excellence, managing intake of AI use cases, prioritization, and delivery timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with COE leadership, architects, data scientists, and ML engineers to ensure business priorities are represented in the COE roadmap.
• Translate business problems into AI use case briefs and translate COE capabilities into business guidance.
• Facilitate governance/steering meetings, roadmap reviews, and escalation paths between the business unit and the COE.
