Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager to lead the Magenta Services Center's AI-enabled operating model. You will partner with AI CoE and IT to embed AI into MSC operations, govern usage, and define the data foundation for AI readiness.

This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration, enterprise policy translation, and measurable productivity improvements. You will drive AI tool adoption, design agentic workflows, and ensure governance while aligning with service management and enterprise

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years of related experience; advanced degree with 1+ year acceptable.
Experience in GBS/Shared Services or enterprise operations is required.
Hands-on proficiency with commercial AI platforms in operational contexts is required.

Responsibilities

Serve as MSC liaison to AI CoE and IT for AI enablement initiatives across value streams.
Ensure AI usage adheres to enterprise guardrails, data classification, and usage policies.
Translate MSC AI needs into data requirements for Data Strategy, Reporting & Analytics.
Support evaluation and business case development for AI initiatives with structured estimates.
Maintain hands-on proficiency with AI platforms and design agentic AI workflows.
Drive adoption of commercial AI tools across MSC roles with measurable productivity outcomes.
