Job summary

T-Mobile’s Magenta Services Center seeks a Manager to lead AI enablement and governance across MSC operations, embedding AI as a default in processes. You will coordinate with the AI CoE and IT, translate policy into MSC standards, and drive data readiness and platform readiness for AI-driven workflows.

You will evaluate initiatives, build business cases, and champion adoption of tools like Claude and Copilot to boost productivity, while ensuring SOX/compliance oversight and enterprise alignment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years experience in a GBS/SSO or enterprise ops with digital transformation and AI enablement.
• 3+ years hands-on proficiency with commercial AI platforms (GPT/Claude) in operational contexts.
• 2+ years designing or governing data architecture or analytics foundations in multi-process environments.
• 2+ years coordinating AI or digital enablement across IT, business, and CoE stakeholders.
• 2+ years building and presenting value-benefits estimates for technology investments.
• 1+ years hands-on experience designing or deploying agentic AI workflows with oversight.

Responsibilities

• AI Enablement Coordination & CoE partnership across MSC operations and IT.
• Enforce Enterprise AI guardrails, data classification and use policies.
• Define data requirements for AI readiness with Data Strategy, Reporting & Analytics.
• Evaluate initiatives; develop business cases with cost, effort, risk, and returns.
• Design and govern agentic AI workflows with human-in-the-loop checks.
• Drive adoption of commercial AI tools and measure productivity impact.
