Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a product leader to manage the enterprise AI assistant for employees, owning vision, strategy, and lifecycle across capabilities and entry points.

You’ll balance insights, feasibility, and cost per interaction while partnering with platform and operations teams to deliver value in a fast-moving AI landscape. Responsibilities include backlog governance, cross-functional collaboration, and measuring success by performance, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of product/PM experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience in agile software product development environment.
• Experience in enterprise AI or large-scale product environments is preferred.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into features and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle with vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Evaluate AI models and platform advances; shape the roadmap accordingly.
• Conduct market and customer research using usage, quality, and cost data.
• Translate strategy into features and manage the product backlog.
• Coordinate release schedules with cross-functional teams and onboarding.
• Monitor production performance; address defects and drive improvement.
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams for responsible AI.
• Other duties as assigned by business management.
