Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an AI & Modeling Relations Manager in Frisco, TX to translate enterprise AI capabilities into adopted, governed, and cost-effective business solutions.

You will partner with the AI Center of Excellence, manage intake and governance, and ensure alignment with business needs while advocating for responsible AI practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or an Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field are acceptable areas of study
• 5+ years of experience in technology program/product management, vendor management, or related cross-functional leadership
• Fluency with AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and MLOps/LLMOps

Responsibilities

• AI COE Relationship Management: serve as the liaison between business unit and COE, manage intake, prioritization and timelines
• AI Governance & Compliance: ensure initiatives comply with responsible AI principles, model risk management, and privacy requirements
• AI Vendor & Tool Evaluation: evaluate platforms and vendors, conduct POCs and pilot evaluations with defined criteria
• Business Unit AI Enablement: drive adoption of COE-delivered capabilities through training and change management
• Act as AI literacy champion for teams, clarifying what AI can/cannot do responsibly
