Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an AI COE Relationship Manager in Overland Park, KS to serve as the bridge between the business unit and the AI Center of Excellence. You will translate business problems into AI use cases, align COE capabilities with strategic priorities, and drive governance and escalation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technology program/product management or vendor management
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, GenAI, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI
• Experience managing relationships with technical teams, centers of excellence, or shared services
• Strong communication skills translating technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between the business unit and the AI Center of Excellence, managing intake of AI use cases, prioritization, and delivery timelines
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with COE leadership, architects, data scientists, and ML engineers to align priorities with the COE roadmap
• Translate business problems into AI use case briefs and translate COE capabilities back into business guidance
• Facilitate governance/steering meetings, roadmap reviews, and escalation paths between business unit and COE
