Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced product leader to own the enterprise AI assistant for employees. You will manage vision, strategy, and roadmap, connecting capabilities to business goals while working with security, platform, and operations teams to scale responsibly across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required)
• 3+ years experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application or product environment (Required)
• 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required)

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by defining vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to business and technical goals, including which capabilities and entry points the assistant supports
• Evaluate emerging AI models, patterns, and platform advances, and shape the roadmap so the product adapts without disrupting employees
• Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions, using data on usage, resolution quality, and cost per interaction
• Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories, managing the product backlog to support distributed Agile development teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely delivery, including partner teams onboarding new capabilities
• Monitor product performance and quality in production, addressing defects and driving continuous improvement, as the primary business-hours contact for the operations team that runs the assistant
• Partner with security, privacy, and governance teams to keep the product aligned with responsible AI practices as requirements change
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
