T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an AI & Modeling Relations Manager to bridge the business unit with the AI Center of Excellence.

You will translate enterprise AI capabilities into adopted, governed, and cost-efficient solutions, working with COE leaders, data scientists, and ML engineers to align priorities and roadmap. Responsibilities include managing intake of AI use cases, ensuring governance and compliance, evaluating vendors, and driving adoption of COE-delivered capabilities while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field are acceptable.
• 5+ years in technology program/product management, vendor management, or related cross-functional leadership.
• Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML concepts including LLMs, generative AI, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Experience managing relationships with technical teams, COEs, or shared services.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Foundational knowledge of: foundation models, LLMs, generative AI vs traditional ML, prompt engineering, embeddings, MLOps/LLMOps, responsible AI, governance, data privacy.

Responsabilités

• AI COE Relationship Management: be the liaison between the business unit and COE, manage intake of AI use cases and timelines.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure AI initiatives meet responsible AI principles, model risk, and privacy requirements.
• Vendor & Tool Evaluation: evaluate AI platforms and vendors, define success criteria and go/no-go decisions.
• Business Unit AI Enablement: drive adoption of COE capabilities through training and change management.
