Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Platform Adoption & Enablement Lead to drive how customers discover, adopt, and succeed with our enterprise cloud platform. You will guide on-ramps, guidance and office hours, coordinating architecture, security, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable enablement.

You’ll influence, coach, and align teams across IT and business units to enterprise standards. You’ll lead a virtual cross-functional team and shape the strategy for AI-assisted development and modern

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 10 years in platform engineering, cloud architecture, or technology adoption and enablement.
Proven experience driving adoption of complex technical products and guiding enterprise-scale deployments.
Experience influencing teams and delivering outcomes through leadership rather than hands-on build work.
Strong background in architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), IaC, CI/CD, and Kubernetes; SRE is a plus.
Creative problem-solver with ability to unblock customers while respecting standards.

Responsibilities

Own how customers discover, embrace, and succeed with the platform across teams.
Create on-ramps, guidance, documentation, dojos, and office hours to simplify complexity.
Engage teams early, remove blockers with pragmatic solutions when needed.
Lead a cross-functional virtual team spanning architecture, security, FinOps, resiliency, and platform engineering.
Shape enablement for future needs including AI-assisted development and modern developer experiences.
