Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking a Senior AI Enablement Engineer to lead the AI infrastructure across the organization. You will design scalable AI systems, partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal and People teams, and drive adoption of AI-powered workflows company-wide.

You will build an internal AI control plane, autonomous agents, and reusable AI workflows, ensuring security and data governance while collaborating across departments and hub locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software/platform/infrastructure roles building AI-enabled systems (LLMs, MCPs, orchestration).
• Experience designing internal platforms, APIs, or developer tooling and improving developer experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and translating business workflows into technical systems.
• Experience with security, data governance, and reliability in production systems.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool/skills registries, MCPs, or enterprise system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement internal AI control plane and tooling ecosystem, including MCPs, AI skills frameworks, and secure connectors to internal systems.
• Build autonomous agents that solve engineering problems (features, design changes, refactors, tech debt, bug triage, log analysis).
• Create reusable, production-ready AI workflows and copilots to accelerate decision-making across teams.
• Conduct workflow discovery with partners to identify high-leverage AI opportunities delivering measurable value.
• Partner with Security, Legal, and Data teams to ensure compliant, secure AI infrastructure and governance.
• Provide documentation, enablement sessions, and feedback loops to drive adoption and track efficiency gains and reliability.
