Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an accomplished Product Leader to own the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and AI seller-assist products. You will define architecture, orchestrate reusable AI services, and ensure compliant data and builder experiences across the product line.

You will drive discovery, experiments, and validation, translating AI opportunities into measurable outcomes while balancing business value, platform investment, and risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including platform product management.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and AI seller-assist products.
• Provide shared AI capabilities as governed, reusable services.
• Define platform product architecture, orchestration patterns, reusable AI services, governed data and content services, model and workflow integrations, and builder experience.
• Sequence core platform capabilities before sales experiences built on them.
• Determine where automation, agents, and human judgment should combine.
• Translate AI opportunities into product use cases, experiments, evaluation criteria, launch plans, monitoring routines, and measurable outcomes.
• Make prioritization trade-offs across business value, user needs, platform investment, delivery capacity, AI opportunity, and operational risk.
• Align with business partners on outcomes and translate them into product direction, requirements, and measurable results.
• Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation.
• Author product requirements and maintain clean data flows across products.
• Own launch readiness, adoption, training, communications, and success measurement.
• Establish platform health, builder adoption, AI adoption, experience quality, and business performance measures.
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance on client-data use and generative content.
• Partner with Insights, Analytics, Data Science, and the broader product organization.
• Frame strategies, target metrics, and evaluation criteria.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, roadmap, and results to leaders and stakeholders.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture focused on accountability, product craft, responsible experimentation, and continuous learning.
