Job summary
Capital Group in Southern California seeks a Senior Manager, AI Client Enablement Platform to own the Enablement Intelligence Platform and a suite of AI-enabled client products. You will define business requirements, architecture, and partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Sales to deliver scalable, governed AI capabilities.
You will lead product strategy, drive cross-functional delivery, ensure governance and compliance, and influence across Business, Platform and Analytics.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management, including platform product management.
- Strong experience building AI-first products and platforms.
- Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration to align stakeholders.
- Experience defining AI evaluation, monitoring, governance and responsible practices.
Responsibilities
- Align with business partners on outcomes and translate into direction and measurable results.
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and validation before building.
- Own launch readiness, adoption, and communications with measurable success.
- Define platform architecture and reusable, governed AI services.
- Partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance for compliant AI experiences.
