Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Senior Manager for the AI Client Enablement Platform to own the shared AI capabilities that power its client-facing products. You will lead the Enablement Intelligence Platform, set business requirements, and partner across engineering, data science, and sales to deliver scalable AI solutions.

You will shape governance, architecture, and builder experiences, ensuring responsible AI use and strong collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

Strong experience building AI-first products and platforms.
Fluency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM and Adobe Experience Cloud.
Ability to influence and align partners across a complex organization.
Experience leading platform and product teams.

Responsibilities

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and AI seller‑assist products.
Own the platform capabilities and the shared services that power AI-enabled products.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product management, and data science to build safely and at scale.
Translate opportunities into practical product use cases, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
