Tundra Technical Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Change Management & Adoption Specialist to drive rollout and adoption of Agentic AI solutions across the organization. This on-site contract role collaborates with business, IT, and end-users to ensure effective implementation, training, and sustained usage of AI tools.

Responsibilities include leading change strategies, developing rollout plans and training, engaging stakeholders, and tracking adoption metrics to demonstrate

Qualificações

• 6 to 12 years of experience in change management, transformation, or digital adoption.
• Proven experience in enterprise technology rollout programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with GenAI or AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with ADKAR, Prosci, or similar.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsabilidades

• Lead change management strategy for AI program adoption.
• Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Drive user training, awareness, and onboarding initiatives.
• Identify adoption barriers and implement mitigation strategies.
• Define and track success metrics (usage, productivity, ROI).
• Work closely with leadership, business teams, and technical teams.
• Create user guides, SOPs, and enablement materials.
• Champion a culture of AI adoption and innovation.
