Job summary

Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist focused on Agentic AI adoption, organizational transformation, and enterprise rollout strategies.

You will lead change programs, perform readiness assessments, design communication and training plans, and drive AI-driven adoption across functions.

Collaborate with AI/ML teams and leadership to ensure smooth implementations, measure adoption KPIs, and guide stakeholders through large-scale tech rollouts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), digital transformation, or technology adoption.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), AI agents, and AI-driven workflows.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-level technology adoption and rollout programs.
• Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, communication planning, and training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies for Agentic AI implementation and adoption.
• Lead organizational readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysis.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives, employee enablement, and enterprise-wide rollout activities.
• Design communication plans, training programs, and user adoption frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful implementation.
• Identify resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and change management KPIs.
• Support business process transformation through AI-driven automation and intelligent agents.
