Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking an AI Change Enablement & Communication Lead to drive adoption of AI capabilities by designing and executing targeted change enablement and communications strategies that address behaviors and why it matters.

You will partner with Product/Engineering, Data/IT, HR/L&D, Communications, Legal, Risk, and business leaders to align on priorities and deliver measurable impact with responsible AI guidance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, transformation enablement, or digital adoption.
• Experience supporting technology or AI rollouts is a strong asset.
• Ability to design and execute change plans translating strategy into adoption outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling with multi-channel campaigns and leader toolkits.
• Comfort at the executive level, synthesizing inputs into clear updates on impact, risks, next steps.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions to drive alignment.
• Data-informed approach to adoption with KPIs and frontline feedback.
• AI fluency to translate capabilities into practical guidance; reinforce responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI change and communications plan with audiences, behaviors, barriers, and interventions.
• Own internal communications campaigns, announcements, leader toolkits, and updates.
• Produce executive-ready readouts on changes, impact, and next actions.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear messaging and practical examples.
