Job summary

AHEAD seeks an AI Adoption Lead to drive AI transformation within a designated business unit, aligning people, processes, and tools for AI-enabled success. You will partner with leadership to redefine roles, redesign workflows, and build a scalable capability-building program that sustains adoption.

You will coach managers, measure adoption health, and ensure responsible AI practices across teams, while reporting to the VP of Talent and Workforce Transformation in the USA.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, or related field—or equivalent applied experience.
• 4–8 years in change management, internal or management consulting, HR transformation, org effectiveness, or related roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technology or digital transformation from the people side.
• Strong grasp of change management frameworks and ability to adapt to AI contexts.
• Experience in role design, job architecture, or organizational assessment.

Responsibilities

• Design BU-level AI change strategy to move employees from AI experimenters to accelerators.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and resistance mapping.
• Build a network of champions and superusers to sustain adoption momentum.
• Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions with real-time data.
• Address employee anxiety and build psychological safety around AI-augmented work.
• Conduct task deconstruction to identify AI-augmented roles and redesign job descriptions.
• Define new AI-augmented job families and career pathways.
• Identify at-risk roles and design transition pathways.
• Assess AI fluency and identify skill gaps across functions and levels.
• Co-design targeted learning programs and integrate AI capability-building into workflows.
• Develop manager enablement for leading AI-augmented teams.
