Job summary
OCC is seeking an AI Enablement & Change Lead to own the enterprise adoption of AI, including literacy programs and workforce transformation initiatives. You will drive change management for AI use cases and partner with AIPT to align enablement with the AI roadmap.
The role emphasizes designing playbooks, measuring adoption, and communicating progress to executive leadership across the company.
Qualifications
- Experience leading organizational change management programs tied to technology adoption or digital transformation.
- Working knowledge of AI/GenAI tools and their practical use in a corporate environment.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
- Proficiency in developing adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive-level status communication.
- Strong facilitation skills; ability to run workshops across stakeholders.
- Mature understanding of process/workflow documentation and tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve OCC's enterprise AI literacy program for all users.
- Lead the workforce transformation agenda associated with AI adoption.
- Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases.
- Identify adoption friction and literacy gaps at the enterprise level.
- Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against targets.
- Coordinate with AIPT to align enablement activities with AI roadmap.
