Job summary

AHEAD is seeking an AI Adoption Lead to drive the transformation of a business unit through people-centric change management and AI-enabled workflows. You will partner with BU leaders to redefine roles, redesign work, and build capability for sustainable AI adoption.

Reporting to the VP of Talent and Workforce Transformation, you will lead coaching, stakeholder engagement, and measurement to ensure readiness and ongoing value realization in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in change management or HR transformation roles.
• Strong grasp of change management frameworks and adapting them to AI.
• Experience designing roles, job architectures, or organizational assessments.
• Ability to partner with BU leaders and frontline staff in a consultative way.
• Data literacy with adoption metrics and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Design BU-level AI change strategy to move employees from experimenters to accelerators.
• Develop stakeholder engagement plans and resistance mapping.
• Build a network of champions and superusers within the BU.
• Monitor adoption signals and adjust interventions based on data.
• Address employee anxiety and foster psychological safety around AI.
