Job summary

RWE Americas, LLC is seeking an experienced AI Transformation lead within the AI transformation team, part of Strategy. You will drive enterprise AI adoption, design pilots, and develop department-specific enablement materials across cross-functional partners in Chicago and other office locations.

The role emphasizes hands-on support for blueprinting, program management, and change management, with a focus on building scalable AI-enabled workflows and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in technology adoption and enablement.
• Hands-on proficiency with generative AI tools.
• Ability to translate new functionality into department-specific solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to develop enablement collateral and training content.
• Experience designing and running technology pilots.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise AI adoption, including embedding AI into workflows with pilots, success criteria, and go/no-go recommendations.
• Partner with departments to develop department-specific AI use cases, gathering requirements and iterating with technical teams.
• Create and maintain enablement collateral, including guides, documentation, and training materials.
• Equip departmental champions with materials and adoption plans to sustain AI-enabled practices.
• Collect adoption feedback and surface high-value use cases and tool requests for continuous improvement.
• Prioritize AI tool requests with IT based on value, feasibility, and data readiness.
