WSP is seeking an AI Change Enablement & Communication Lead to drive adoption by shaping targeted change strategies and clear messaging across the organization. You will partner with leaders to translate AI capabilities into tangible, business-facing benefits and to reinforce responsible AI use.

The role requires deep experience in change management, internal comms, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven adoption strategies, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns and executive updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in change management, internal communications, or digital adoption.
• Experience shaping change plans with audiences, behaviors, barriers, and interventions.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling for multi-channel campaigns and toolkits.
• Able to synthesize input for executive-level updates on impact and risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with Product/Engineering, Data/IT, HR, Legal, and leaders.
• Data-informed approach with KPIs, pulse checks, and front-line feedback.
• AI fluency with guidance on capabilities, limitations, and safe-use practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI change and communications plan with the Team Leader.
• Own internal communications campaigns, leader toolkits, and updates.
• Produce executive-ready readouts on changes, impact, and next actions.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear messaging and practical examples.
• Collect frontline feedback and measure engagement to drive improvement.
