Job summary

WSP USA in New York is seeking an AI Change Enablement & Communications Lead to drive adoption of AI capabilities across the organization by designing and executing targeted change enablement and communications strategies.

You will own internal campaigns, executive readouts, and stakeholder workshops, translating complex AI concepts into practical messaging while measuring engagement and reinforcing safe-use practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in change management, internal communications, transformation enablement, or digital adoption.
• Experience supporting technology or AI rollouts is a strong asset.
• Proven ability to design and execute change plans mapping strategy to adoption outcomes.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills for multi-channel campaigns.
• Ability to present updates at executive levels with clear impact, risks, and next steps.
• Strong collaboration with Product/Engineering, Data/IT, HR/OD, Communications, Legal, and Risk.
• AI fluency and commitment to responsible AI and safe-use behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the AI change and communications plan with the Team Leader.
• Own internal communications campaigns, leader toolkits, and announcements.
• Produce executive-ready readouts detailing changes, impact, and next actions.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear, practical messaging with examples.
• Collect feedback, amplify success stories, and measure engagement for continuous improvement.
