Responsibilities

Develop and execute enterprise change management strategies for digital, data, and AI programs.
Lead AI change activities including role-based impacts and governance requirements.
Identify stakeholder groups and manage engagement to reduce adoption risk.
Assess current processes and translate findings into readiness plans.
Define adoption metrics and executive-ready reporting.
Integrate change activities into agile delivery and release processes.
Create launch materials and training for adoption campaigns.
Drive sustainment and continuous improvement post-implementation.
