Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalder is seeking a Learning & Development design leader to build an enterprise-wide AI curriculum for lawyers and business teams. You will translate AI developments into prioritized learning needs, design modular programs, and embed responsible use with governance and supervision.

You will also partner with program owners to integrate AI into core offerings and evaluate impact. The role requires experience in curriculum design, learning and development, and strong collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development and curriculum design.
• Experience with AI capability development and adult-learning design.
• Ability to evaluate tools, evaluate learning outcomes and scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI learning curriculum for lawyers and Business Teams.
• Create practical prompts, playbooks and toolkit resources for learners.
• Embed responsible AI use and human supervision throughout programs.
• Collaborate with regional teams to scale delivery and quality.
