Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment and technology firm to hire a learning and development specialist who designs tailored experiences across the organisation. You will blend programme design, facilitation, stakeholder partnership, and practical use of generative AI to deliver professional effectiveness, onboarding, leadership development, and selected financial or technical skills.

This role takes several workstreams from concept through delivery, working with subject-matter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience applying generative AI to learning design or delivery.
• Track record in developing professional effectiveness, onboarding, or leadership programmes.
• Strong ability to learn new subjects quickly and communicate clearly.
• Excellent organisation, judgment, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and evaluate customised learning programmes with stakeholders.
• Identify AI applications across design, delivery, and learner experience.
• Create workshops, tutorials, simulations, coaching, guides, and other formats.
• Facilitate sessions in core areas and coordinate multiple programmes.
