Job summary

Hexion is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and execute enterprise talent- and capability-development strategies. You will partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate business priorities into engaging learning, career-development, and high-potential programs that build organizational capability and readiness.

Leading AI fluency and future-skills enablement, you will embed AI capabilities across the workforce and drive adoption of learning ecosystems, including

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent development / learning & development, covering design, facilitation, and talent processes.
• Hands-on instructional design and eLearning development with digital authoring tools.
• Experience with talent-management processes — succession, HiPo, career development, and performance.
• Proven facilitation of leadership and manager-development programs for diverse audiences.
• Change management and adoption experience on enterprise HR/learning rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate enterprise learning experiences for managers and staff.
• Build scalable blended learning journeys and facilitator guides.
• Provide instructional-design consultation and content development.
• Design accessible learning formats for desk-based and frontline populations.
• Assess capability needs with leaders and run AI- and future-skills programs.
• Own activation plans and drive adoption for learning ecosystem investments.
• Define learning effectiveness metrics and report impact to leadership.
• Lead change enablement and adoption planning for new programs.
• Manage LMS/SuccessFactors operations and dashboards.
