Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Learning & Development Designer to lead enterprise AI learning experiences. You will design and deliver training that builds AI fluency and promotes responsible use of tools like Copilot across the organization.

You will translate complex AI concepts into practical, role-based content, run virtual and in-person sessions, and align learning with broader change plans and governance. Hybrid work supports collaboration across regions and teams.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering training and change enablement strategies for a large, complex global enterprise.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and enterprise chat experiences.
• Broad understanding of AI tools, responsible AI practices, prompt design, and enterprise AI adoption trends.
• Strong instructional design capabilities including needs analysis, curriculum architecture, objectives, assessment, and blended learning design.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and delivery of enterprise-scale AI learning experiences and adoption programs.
• Create role-based curricula for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI tools for diverse audiences.
• Translate technical AI capabilities into clear training materials and hands-on learning experiences.
