Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Learning & Development Designer – AI Enablement to lead enterprise training for Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved AI tools.

You will translate complex AI concepts into practical, role-based training and drive adoption across regions and levels. You will design scalable curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness, governance, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing and delivering training for a large, global enterprise.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-enabled learning.
• Ability to translate complex technology into practical training materials.
• Strong blended learning design, objectives, and assessment practices.
• Proven facilitation and stakeholder management across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide training and change enablement strategies for large-scale AI adoption.
• Design role-based curricula for Copilot and AI tools for multiple audiences.
• Create learning journeys that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Identify adoption barriers and tailor enablement plans.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions for diverse groups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with governance and readiness plans.
• Translate AI capabilities into clear training materials and assets.
• Develop reusable facilitator guides, job aids, and video content.
• Use data and learner feedback to improve curricula and outcomes.
• Support champion networks and scale learning across a distributed workforce.
• Design scalable learning approaches for a large organization.
• Adapt content for different personas, regions, and roles.
• Provide hands-on experiences to apply AI tools safely and effectively.
• Reinforce policy-aligned and ethical AI usage.
