Qualifications

• Experience leading learning and development programs for large organizations.
• Proven ability to partner with schools, units, and HR teams to design scalable programs.
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled learning, tools, and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team delivering learning programs and operations.
• Direct end-to-end design and delivery of learning programs for multiple audiences.
• Build staff AI fluency through practical content, tools, and support materials.
• Evolve learning environments and implement AI-enabled learner support across platforms.
