Job summary

AbbVie, within the BTS R&D Global Therapeutic Platforms group, seeks a Business System Analyst to translate AI-related business needs into technical requirements. You’ll partner with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to optimize AI applications, data handling, and system performance, while supporting change management and training.

Responsibilities include eliciting requirements, documenting workflows, reviewing change requests, and delivering actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Experience with enterprise systems development, implementation and operations.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical teams.
• Deliverables-focused and detail oriented.
• Strong customer focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI applications.
• Coordinate system testing and support user training and materials.
• Develop detailed implementation specifications and change requests.
• Produce reports and ad-hoc analytics from client databases.
• Ensure compliance with policies and support system evolution.
