AbbVie is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, AI Enablement in the United States, to bridge business and AI teams. You will translate needs into AI-enabled solutions, document requirements, and support prioritization for dossier submissions across modalities.

You will collaborate with Development Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, and IT to ensure compliant, scalable reporting and governance, while guiding adoption and change across cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Development Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, and IT to align AI-enabled reporting needs.
• Gather and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support AI initiatives throughout the software lifecycle and adoption planning.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams on feasibility and value.
