Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, engineering, analytics, or related field.
Ability to analyze business processes and communicate requirements clearly.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-based environment.

Responsibilities

Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Learn and understand Global Therapeutics Business Processes.
Respond to questions and consult with business users on inputs, processes, outputs.
Develop detailed business requirements, functional requirements, user stories, system docs, workflows, and data flows.
Ensure current and accurate system requirements and documentation for existing and new systems.
Research and analyze system issues to determine proper resolutions.
Align business and technology teams on plans, sprint schedules, trade-offs, and scope.
