Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an AI Engineering Analyst to scale agentic AI platforms and enhance statistical programming workflows. You will partner with statisticians and data scientists to design, test, and deploy AI solutions across clinical development and data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science, or computer science.
• 4+ years (BS), 2+ years (MS) or 1+ years (PhD) of related experience.
• 1+ year experience building production-grade AI solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, Strands Agents, etc.
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including Java, Python, R, Scala, C, C++, C#, Swift/Objective C, or JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade AI solutions including agent platforms and AI co-pilots.
• Collaborates with Statisticians & Data Scientists to enable data flow across capabilities.
• Evaluate foundation models and AI workflows for reliability and cost.
